Returns<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Return Window:<\/strong> You have <strong>30 days<\/strong> from the date of delivery to return an item.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condition:<\/strong> To be eligible for a return, the item must be <strong>unused, in its original packaging<\/strong>, and in the same condition that you received it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Non-Returnable Items:<\/strong> For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened sensory putty, used silicone teethers, or personalized items cannot be returned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Processing:<\/strong> Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your <strong>original method of payment<\/strong> within 7\u201310 business days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shipping Costs:<\/strong> Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total unless the item was defective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Exchanges &amp; Damaged Goods<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Defective Items:<\/strong> We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at <strong>support@geniouskidz.com<\/strong> within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> of delivery with photos of the damage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exchanges:<\/strong> If you would like to exchange a toy for a different age-appropriate model, please reach out to our team to facilitate a smooth swap.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
