Refund and Returns Policy

At Genious Kidz, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn’t spark the joy or learning you expected, we are here to help.


1. Returns

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened sensory putty, used silicone teethers, or personalized items cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total unless the item was defective.

3. Exchanges & Damaged Goods

  • Defective Items: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at support@geniouskidz.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a toy for a different age-appropriate model, please reach out to our team to facilitate a smooth swap.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email our support team with your Order Number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original box.
  3. Affix the provided return label (if applicable) and drop it off at the designated carrier.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns over Rs5000 to ensure your items reach our warehouse safely.
